I am so incredibly thankful for this company and especially for the expertise of Cody. This was the fourth plumber I had come out to my home, and I had received quotes as high as $20,000 to replace the majority of my plumbing. It was overwhelming and honestly very discouraging. Cody came out and within an hour had located and removed the clog. It ended up being a simple fix — no massive replacement needed. His knowledge, efficiency, and honesty saved me an enormous amount of money and stress. I am now a lifelong customer of Cotton City and cannot recommend them enough. If you want someone who will diagnose the problem correctly and treat you fairly, call them first!

Cotton City Plumbing came out to replace our entire sewer line. They were to quick to get us scheduled (just before Christmas) and got our plumbing back up and running in 1 day. We were thankful for the fast service because we had family coming in for the holiday. They were easy to communicate with as well. We would highly recommend these guys at Cotton City Plumbing.

Absolute 5 star service and I'd give 10 stars if I could!! I own a therapy clinic and one of our learners flushed something down the toilet. Cotton City Plumbing answered our SOS distress call right away and had us back up and running with no interruptions to our therapy day. Professional, polite and very reasonably priced. Will definitely have them on speed dial as our go to plumber for our business.
