Sometimes the smallest swap makes the biggest visual impact. This guest bathroom at a home in The Reserve here in Lubbock is a great example of that. The space already had great bones - marble countertop, dark wood vanity, a statement mirror. What it needed was a faucet that actually matched the quality of everything around it.

Here's what we were working with: an outdated faucet that just didn't fit the space anymore. We came in, pulled it out, and installed a new brushed nickel lavatory faucet that ties the whole vanity together. The finish coordinates with the hardware on the cabinetry, and the two-handle spread design fits the countertop cutout cleanly. No gaps, no awkward spacing - just a finished look.

Faucet work is one of those things people put off longer than they should. A slow drip, a handle that wobbles, or just a fixture that looks ten years behind the rest of the room - none of that has to stay. A faucet swap is usually a straightforward job, and the difference it makes to the feel of a bathroom is hard to overstate.

We handle faucet installs like this regularly across Lubbock, and we treat every one of them the same way - correct installation, clean finish, no shortcuts. If something's leaking or you suspect there's more going on behind the wall, we also do leak detection to make sure everything is tight before we wrap up.

Whether it's a guest bath, a master vanity, or a kitchen sink, if the faucet in your home is overdue for a change, we're the team to call.
