What's the difference between the Standard and Elite plans?
The Standard plan covers a single annual visit focused on basic leak prevention — toilets, faucets, visible plumbing, and water heater operation. The Elite plan includes two visits per year and a comprehensive full-system inspection covering supply lines, shut-off valves, drain flow, water heater flush, and preventative drain snaking. Elite also waives trip fees.
What makes the Elite Plus plan worth it?
Elite Plus adds a third annual visit, priority scheduling, an annual sewer camera inspection (normally $200–$400), and a whole-home drain cleaning — all included. It also bumps your repair discount to 15% and waives the emergency service fee. For homeowners with older plumbing or recurring drain issues, it typically pays for itself quickly.
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
Yes. All three plans offer both monthly and annual billing. Annual pricing is $400/yr (Standard), $500/yr (Elite), and $800/yr (Elite Plus). Paying annually saves you the equivalent of about one month's cost.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No long-term contracts. All plans continue until you cancel — no cancellation fees. We believe in earning your business every year.
Does the plan cover the cost of repairs found during inspection?
The plan covers the inspection visits themselves. Any repairs found are quoted separately, but as a plan member you automatically receive your tier's discount (10% or 15%) on all labor and parts.
Can I sign up if I have an older home?
Absolutely — older homes in Lubbock benefit most from regular inspections. Aging pipes, galvanized steel, and older fixtures need more attention, not less. We'd recommend starting with the Elite plan for homes over 20 years old.
What if I need service between scheduled visits?
